Felting a Heart
Learn to use wool roving to create a heart pocket/sachet with lavender inside. The process can be used to make jewelry, fashion accessories and home decor. This is a one day class. We will cover the basic skills of flat needle felting. You will leave with your own unique and beautiful piece of art and the desire to make more. It can be a bit addictive!
Depending on your pace you may finish in class or complete at home.

Skills Needed: None! Come and explore this easy and meditative art form
Skills you will gain: How to work with wool roving fibers, proper use of basic needle felting needles, how to use fibers to create interesting depth and texture, and how to add decorative final touches to complete your finished work You will be able to use these skills to do other 3d felted items
Supplies: You will need to bring/purchase felting needles and a needle felting work surface ( 1.5 inch needle felting foam or dedicated wool felting pad).
Optional: multi needle felting tool and embroidery floss
All supplies purchased for the class will be 10% off.

We process orders for shipping Monday, Wednesday and Friday and they
will ship within 1-2 days of being placed. Most orders will ship USPS
unless expedited shipping is paid for at time of order. International
orders will ship via DHL. Standard USPS shipping is free on domestic
orders over $75, expedited shipping may be purchased at checkout.

In-store pick-up orders should be ready for pick-up the day the store
is open after you place it. You will receive a confirmation email when
it has shipped or is ready for pickup. If you wish to pick-up an order
in store sooner, please call the store.

Items may be returned for in-store credit or exchange. Returns must
be in original condition as sold - unused with all labels and packaging
intact and undamaged. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by
since your purchase, we unfortunately can’t offer you an in-store credit
or exchange – it’s yours, enjoy! Orders shipped internationally cannot
be returned. Books, patterns, needles, notions, kits, sale items,
discontinued items and wound yarn are not returnable.
