Learn to use wool roving to create beautiful 2 dimensional works of art that have depth and texture. This felting can be framed. The process can be used to make jewelry, fashion accessories and home decor.
This is a one day class. We will cover the basic skills of flat needle felting. You will leave with your own unique and beautiful piece of art and the desire to make more. It can be a bit addictive!
Depending on your pace you may finish in class or complete at home.

Skills Needed: None! Come and explore this easy and meditative art form
Skills you will gain: How to work with wool roving fibers, proper use of basic needle felting needles, how to use fibers to create interesting depth and texture, and how to add decorative final touches to complete your finished work
Supplies: Felting needles and needle felting work surface ( 1.5 inch needle felting foam or dedicated wool felting pad).
Optional: multi needle felting tool and embroidery floss
